2025 AAA/CAA Discount – FAQs
Q: What unit types is the promotion valid on?
A: The AAA/CAA Membership discount is valid on Lakeside Cabins, Village Cabins, All RVs, All Campsites, Standard Queen Hotel Rooms and Pool View Hotel Rooms, though each unit type has limited availability under this promotion.
Q: What dates is the discount valid for?
A: The AAA/CAA discount is valid to be used on any stay in the 2025 season, although it cannot be combined with any other promotion/discount. Two-night minimum required on all Rental/Hotel bookings; Campsites may be available for just a one-night stay with the AAA/CAA discount.
Q: What is the discount?
A: The AAA/CAA discount offers a 10% savings on the rate. The reservation holder MUST provide a valid AAA/CAA Membership Card upon check-in.
Q: Does this discount include Season Passes or Theme Park admission?
A: No. Season Passes or Theme Park admission must be purchased on your own HERE. Park admission is not required to book a stay with us, however, park admission would be required for all parties that wish to visit the park during your stay.
Q: How will you know that I have a AAA/CAA Membership?
A: The reservation holder MUST provide a valid AAA/CAA Membership Card upon check-in that matches their photo ID. Failure to provide a valid AAA/CAA Membership Card upon check-in will result in additional charges.
Q: What deposit is required when I book?
A: The AAA or CAA discount requires 50% deposit at time of booking. Final payment will automatically be charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival.
Q: I am trying to book one of the applicable unit types with the correct dates, but no availability is listed.
A: As with all discounts, there is only a limited amount of inventory that we can sell at the discounted rate for any given date. Once that threshold has been reached, the discount will automatically shut off. We recommend trying to shift your dates, select a different unit type, or remove the promotion code. There may be select blackout dates associated with this promotion.
Q: I want to book a specific unit/site number, but the website isn’t letting me.
A: Our website unfortunately does not have the ability to book specific site/unit numbers. If you need a specific area, please ensure you input the unit/site number in the COMMENTS section when you are checking out. If you are looking to be booked near other families, please ensure you include the NAMES of ALL families in that comments section. If you do not include the family names, we will not be able to assign you near them.
Q: What does “average rate per night” mean?
A: The online booking engine works like a calculator, and takes the total cost of the reservation (minus taxes) and divides it by the number of nights BOOKED.
Q: I already made my reservation would like to update it to the AAA/CAA discount.
A: Please send us an email to [email protected] and include your name, your reservation number, and your request. Please note, you will be required to adhere to the policies of this discount which include a 50% deposit.

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, and be registered for the length of the stay; $ 50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations outside of 14-days before arrival; no refunds available for cancellations inside of 14-days; full balance must be paid 30-days before arrival; park admission NOT included. It is not required that park admission be purchased to stay overnight, however if a guest wishes to visit the theme park park admission must be purchased in some form, if those guests wish to visit the theme park; Park admission can be purchased in the form of day tickets or Passes; (2) night minimum on Hotel Rooms and Rental Units; select (1) night stays available for Campsites; cannot be combined with any other offer, limited availability on all unit types; NOT Valid On: Guest Houses, Deluxe Cabins, Baby Bear Cabins, Kids Fort O Fun Suite or Hotel Suites; Valid AAA/CAA Membership Card MUST be provided at check-in or additional charges may apply. *Note: Due to being a seasonal employer, limited rides and attractions may only be available before June 20th or after August 17th, or potentially during the season based on staffing.
